Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI), as a strategic technology, has provided a platform for inteational competition; ever since the development of the first AI strategy in 2017, to the final days of 2021, more than fifty countries drafted or declared their national strategy aiming at becoming one of the pioneering countries in this field. Although the United States is known as the current pioneering country in the field of AI, China has been able to lead in various areas related to AI, such as occupational opportunities, Inteet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Blockchain, and G5, which, due to the historical significance of emerging technologies in changing the balance of power, present a clear image of what is to come at the inteational stage. Given the novelty of artificial intelligence in the balance of power, the author asks about the effect of China’s artificial intelligence on the inteational balance of power. The answer is the hypothesis that China tries to effectively interact with its leading private artificial intelligence companies and implement this technology in inteal, economic, and military goveance. Thus, China aims to raise its national power and challenge the American hegemony through hard inteal balance, paving the way for a multipolar world order alongside other regional powers leading in artificial intelligence. اگر من کاره ای بودم ...!...

Abstract The collapse of the Soviet Union has been one of the most important events of the twentieth century. As a result of the collapse, Iran became the neighbor of the new countries. Azerbaijan is one of the countries, which have historical, cultural and religious commonalities with Iran. Despite the great sharing that exists between Iran and Azerbaijan, relations between the two countries have not been very successful, and despite to initial expectations, commonalities have not become a success for Iran in achieving its goals, in a way that we can even speak of Iran's failure to achieve its objectives in relation to Azerbaijan. In explaining the reasons for these failures, this paper explains the attempts of Turkey to influence more on the developments in the region in the economic, political, and cultural areas, and tries to answer how objectives, interests, and policies of Turkey in the region have been effective in the failures of Iran. Abstract The interwoven relations of the two longstanding strategic allies is still continuing after the lapse of thirty-six years of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and have occupied the minds of many political thinkers from the past years to the present time and have forced them to investigate the causes of the continuing tensions between Iran and the United States of America. However, this study aims at investigating the role of culture and identity in the bilateral relations of the two countries. The author tries to answer this question by using the theory of Constructivism stating that how culture and identity affect the relations between Iran and the United States of America. Besides, the required data were collected through library references and the research is a descriptive – analytical case. چکیده با در نظر گرفتن بیش از سه دهه تنش آشکار بین جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ایالات متحده آمریکا، هدف از این نوشتار، بررسی پیامد سیاست خارجی اعتدال گرا بر روابط دو کشور می باشد. نگارندگان درصددند با استفاده از نظریه واقع گرایی نو کلاسیک، به این پرسش پاسخ دهند که؛ سیاست خارجی اعتدال گرا چه تاثیری بر روابط دو کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ایالات متحده آمریکا بر جای خواهد گذاشت؟ روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش گردآوری نیز به سبک کتابخانه ای است. به نظر می رسد؛ سیاست های اعتدال گرایانه دولت مردان یازدهم، اگرچه منجر به گسترش نفوذ منطقه ای ایران خواهد شد، اما بر روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ایالات متحده آمریکا تاثیر چندانی نخواهد گذاشت. با اینحال در صورت وقوع توافق هسته ای میان ایران و گروه 1+5، کاهش موقت سطح تنش میان دو کشور محتمل خواهد بود اما به دلایلی چون هویت فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران که منافع و امنیت ملی ایالات متحده را به چالش می کشد، وجود بازیگران بین المللی و منطقه ای که منافع شان در گرو تداوم تنش بین ایران و آمریکا می باشد و نهایتاً تحت تاثیر عوامل داخلی ایالات متحده، اح اگر من کاره ای بودم ...!...ادامه مطلب
